Specification of Hydraulic Cylinders

Is a mechanical actuator used to provide direct power through a direct stroke. It has many applications, mainly on construction equipment (engineering vehicles), manufacturing machinery, and civil engineering. The hydraulic cylinder gets power from pressurized hydraulic fluid, which is usually oil. It consists of a cylindrical barrel, where the piston connected to the piston rod moves back and forth. The barrel is closed on one end by the base of the cylinder and the other end by the cylinder head where the piston rod is out of the cylinder.

Cylindrical Classification by Specification:

Plunger Cylinder:

This cylinder is also known as the Ram cylinder. This type is placed in an upright position. This is done so that once the liquid supply stops, the weight on the cylinder will make it back to its original position. The cylinders used in the car service center are good examples of plunger cylinders.

Telescoping Cylinders

Telescopic cylinders are also known as multistage. Has at most six stages. This is specifically used in applications where there are less areas. This type can be single action or double action. This stroke is long and is used in applications such as cranes and forklifts, etc.

Cable cylinder

Cable cylinders can be hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic-powered cylinders which are a type of double acceptor. Has long scratches and produces moderate style.

Diaphragm cylinder

The diaphragm cylinder consists of two types of flat diaphragms and a rolling diaphragm. This cylinder has zero leaking around the piston.

The spirit of Westama Energy is a company engaged in the field of hydraulics include one of the hydraulic cylinder. We also serve the modification of a wide - range of hydraulic equipment in accordance with consumer demand.
